1.  What are WallStarz MATERIAL MADE OF?

We use a 6mil high quality vinyl with adhesive backing that can be removed from a wall surface without leaving the adhesive on the wall.  This is a thicker vinyl than many competitors use.

2.  HOW DO I SEND YOU MY DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPH OR IMAGE?

WallStarz.net is as easy as 1-2-3!  Take your picture, click on Order- Upload- Choose File (Wallstarz.net accepts JPEG, TIF, & PDF formats), and continue through the Check Out process!  For any file larger than 8 megabytes (not to be confused with mega pixels),  please call us directly to arrange a proper file transfer.  To upload your digital image, copy and save (or drag) your image to your desktop.  When you are ready to upload your file, click on choose file and find the file you've put on your desktop, then click on proceed.

3. WHAT TYPE OF IMAGE DO YOU NEED FOR A WallStarz?

WallStarz.net  recommends  a 5 mega pixel or higher camera.  The higher resolution or mega pixel you use on your camera, the clearer your WallStarz will come out.  Most cameras have an option of which mega pixel it can be set at, please refer to your camera's instruction manual as well as the chart in the ordering section of WallStarz.net

4.  WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, & AMERICAN EXPRESS. 

5. IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

Yes, we are an approved Authorize.Net merchant

6.  DOES WallStarz HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of the product, WallStarz are not returnable.   If you have a complaint or concern about the quality of your WallStarz, OR if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us at steph@wallstarz.net  and we will help to resolve your issue or print you a new WallStarz.

7.  CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your WallStarz order!

8. CAN I GET DIFFERENT SIZE PRINTS OF THE SAME IMAGE ALL IN THE SAME ORDER?

Yes, please specify the quantities and sizes you would like of that image and check out.

9. How do I apply a Wallstarz on the wall?

Apply to a CLEAN, DRY, FLAT surface. Your Wallstarz will not cause any damage to paint or walls. Do not apply your Wallstarz to rough surfaces or on any outside wallz (this includes automobiles). If you need to wipe down an area first, make sure you only use warm water and let it completely dry before applying your Wallstarz. It is VERY important that the wall is clean and smooth or curling can occur on the tips of your wallstarz. Make sure newly painted wallz have cured for at least 30 days.

Start at the larger end of your Wallstarz and slowly smooth onto your wall. Feel free to pull back away from the wall to get rid of air bubbles, then reposition. If your Wallstarz is a Large, Extra Large, or Jumbo, you may need 2 people for this exciting process!

10. Can I move my Wallstarz to a different location?

Your Wallstarz is made of durable material and it's location can be moved! Even though your Wallstarz is tough, it can still rip, so be gentle! Simple pull your Wallstarz off the wall gently, find a new CLEAN, dry spot and let your Wallstarz become an All Star in a different room!

11. How do I store a WallStarz?

Lay out the backing paper or sheets of wax paper on a flat surface large enough to accommodate the WallStarz. Gently pull the WallStarz away from the wall, then lay it image face-up on the paper. Make sure that there are no folds or creases in the vinyl. Flip the WallStarz over and loosely roll it up with the image facing outward. Put it in the original cardboard shipping tube to protect yourWallStarzwhile in storage.

12. My WallStarz doesn't stay up. What went wrong?

A WallStarz will only stay up on a clean, flat wall. If your WallStarz starts to peel away from the wall, you should remove it, clean the wall with a damp cloth, and try to hang it again.
